PrivatBank is preparing a redesign of Privat24

PrivatBank will soon introduce an updated design for its Privat24 mobile application. The company will redesign the application's main page and add a quick way to top up your card with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The application will become more adaptive, users' favorite services will be located on the main page, and the "Privit" loyalty program with cashback and discounts, and savings in the "Envelopes" service will be located on the bottom navigation bar.

"The new design of Privat24 is built on modern principles of usability, inclusivity and is the result of an in-depth analysis of customer experience and feedback from participants in the beta testing program," writes PrivatBank press secretary Oleg Serga.

After the launch of the updated app, the team will continue to analyze customer feedback and wishes to make mobile banking even more convenient. The new design will be available to all users soon.
