OnePlus is gearing up to launch its new OnePlus 13T smartphone at the end of April. The device will be a compact flagship with a 6.3-inch display that combines small size with high performance. OnePlus China President Louis Li has revealed key specifications of the new phone (via NotebookChek), including its impressive battery.
He reports that the OnePlus 13T will have a battery capacity of over 6000 mAh, which is a record for smartphones of this size. According to rumors, it will be a 6200 mAh battery with support for 80W charging. Louis Lee also added that the smartphone will weigh 185 grams.
The OnePlus 13T is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, delivering flagship-level performance. However, compared to the standard OnePlus 13 model, the new model will feature some simplifications, including an optical fingerprint scanner instead of an ultrasonic one and a dual main camera instead of a triple.
More detailed specifications will be announced closer to the launch date.
