Google has introduced new tools for its YouTube Shorts video editor, along with several features that were previously unavailable. The update will be rolled out gradually throughout the spring.
First, the company has improved the video editor itself, allowing users to make more precise changes and edit the timing of each clip using zoom and snapping, reordering, or deleting them. Users will also be able to add music and subtitles.
Additionally, the built-in YouTube Shorts editor will soon allow you to choose a song and automatically adjust the clip to its beat. All synchronization of music and video will be done automatically. Templates will also undergo changes, for which you can now choose photos, and soon - effects.
Later this spring, YouTube Shorts users will be able to create stickers based on images from their gallery, or they can have stickers generated by AI through familiar text prompts.
