Pocket Casts podcast platform has a new transcription feature in version 7.85. Generated Transcripts is available in the iOS and Android apps for paid subscribers.
With Generated Transcripts, mobile app users can quickly find interesting moments in podcasts without having to listen to them in full or spend time searching. Transcripts also allow for search by keywords or topics.
The new feature is available through a set of tools that can be called up via the message icon or via the menu that opens via the three dots in the player.
The Generated Transcripts feature is only available to Pocket Casts users with a Plus subscription for $3.99 or a Patron subscription for $9.99.
