Google Pixel 10 Pro prototype appears at Chinese auction
A prototype of the upcoming Google Pixel 10 Pro smartphone has been spotted on Chinese online auction site Goofish, giving us a sneak peek at its appearance before its official release, Android Headlines reports.
The images show the front and back of the device. On the front panel we see the display with the service menu running. The display has a black background, but you can see that the frames around it are quite thin and probably symmetrical. Also, like in most smartphones, at the top of the screen, in the center, is the front camera.
The back panel of the Pixel 10 Pro looks the same as its predecessor. The panel has some features that indicate that the device is a pre-production model. The bottom of the case has patterns that are usually applied to identify test samples. It is known that these elements will not make it to the final version of the product. The publication also included a photo of the motherboard, which potentially confirms the authenticity of the device.
According to preliminary information, the Pixel 10 Pro will receive a thinner and less protruding camera than the Pixel 9 Pro, although this is difficult to confirm from current images.
By the way, the main specifications of the Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL were recently revealed. Although there are few major changes compared to their predecessors, some updates still attract attention.
In addition, some details about the regular Pixel 10 and the foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold are already known, and renders of the new Pixel Watch 4 smartwatch have also appeared.
The Pixel 10 and Pixel Watch 4 series of devices are expected to be officially unveiled on August 20.
