Apple has yet to start selling the iPhone 17 lineup, and insiders are already revealing details about the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max. According to Digital Chat Station, the design of the iPhone 18 Pro will remain largely similar to the current models. The main changes will affect the back panel.

According to the leak, the older models will once again have 6.3- and 6.9-inch screens, as well as the recognizable "plateau" with three cameras arranged in a triangle. At the same time, Apple is allegedly testing a variant with a "slightly transparent" area of Ceramic Shield in the area of the MagSafe magnetic ring - something similar to the Nothing approach, although the source does not make such direct comparisons.

Inside the case, a new stainless steel vapor chamber is expected to improve cooling. The smartphones will also receive A20 Pro chips manufactured by TSMC using a 2-nanometer process. Together with it, the smartphones will switch to Apple's own C2 modem, leaving Qualcomm's solution behind, writes the Taiwanese publication Commercial Times.

Separate sources add that Apple plans to reduce the Dynamic Island, but is not yet ready to hide Face ID under the display. The under-screen biometric system may not debut until iPhone 19.

It's still a year away from the official launch, so even early leaks could change. However, current data already gives us an idea of where Apple is headed.
