The OnePlus Watch 3 smartwatch has a smaller and lighter version

In February 2025, OnePlus introduced its new smartwatch, the OnePlus Watch 3, but it only came in one size – 46 millimeters, which was a drawback for people with small hands. The company's new Watch 3 is a smaller size and weight option, Android Authority reports.

The company introduced the OnePlus Watch 3 with a diameter of 43 millimeters and a weight of 59 grams compared to 46 and 81 in the larger model. The novelty also received a slightly smaller AMOLED display - 1.32 inches with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. The standard peak brightness is 600 nits, while the maximum can reach up to 1000 nits.

Meanwhile, the OnePlus Watch 3 43mm has the same Snapdragon W5 processor and BES2800BP for the second RTOS operating system, 32GB of storage, 2GB of RAM, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, and NFC. The watch is IP68 water and dust resistant.

In addition to the display, OnePlus had to sacrifice a few other elements due to the smaller size of the watch. In particular, the 43 mm model does not have a temperature sensor and blood pressure monitoring. The battery was also reduced, which in the new model has a capacity of 354, not 631 mAh. However, OnePlus assures that this will be enough for five days of operation in smart mode.

The 43mm OnePlus Watch 3 is available in the US for $299.99 in black and space gray.
