As GSMArena reports, OnePlus is preparing to release a smartphone with a flagship chipset from MediaTek. It is claimed that the model may be called Ace 5V or Ace 5S and will be the successor to last year's Ace 3V. According to rumors, the new smartphone will receive a 6.83-inch LTPS OLED screen with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The processor will be the not yet officially presented MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ with a clock frequency of up to 3.7 GHz, which we have already written about earlier. The rear camera configuration will not have a telephoto module, and the main one will be 50 MP.
Instead of the notification slider, there will be a new button, and the back panel of the device will have a simple design. What exactly is meant — we will find out during the announcement. There is no exact information about the battery capacity yet. Either 7500 mAh with wired charging at 80 W, or 7000 mAh, 100 W. There is no announcement date yet, but it is worth expecting in the next few weeks.
