OnePlus has announced a new model of wireless headphones – Buds 4. The new generation offers a number of technical improvements focused on sound quality and stable connection, reports Android Authority.
OnePlus Buds 4 is equipped with a dual sound system: an 11mm woofer and 6mm tweeters. The novelty also received two digital audio converters (DAC) for improved playback. The active noise cancellation system reaches a depth of 44 dB and supports an adaptive mode that automatically adjusts to the environment.
The headphones support the LHDC 5.0 codec with a frequency of 192 kHz, Bluetooth 5.4, OnePlus 3D Audio and Game Mode with a latency of 47 ms. Like the previous model, the Buds 4 support simultaneous connection to two devices, Google Fast Pair and are IP55 certified - protection against dust and splashes.
The company hasn't yet provided details on the Buds 4's battery life, but the previous generation lasted 6-8 hours on a single charge and up to 30 hours with the case. Charging is via USB-C, and fast charging is supported.
OnePlus Buds 4 are available in Zen Green and Storm Gray for $129.99.
The company also introduced a 43mm version of the Watch 3 smartwatch and the Nord 5 and Nord 5 CE smartphones.
