Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 7.0 update to its Galaxy Flip 6 and Galaxy Fold 6 foldable smartphones in Europe after the update became available on the Galaxy S24, SamMobile reports.
The update is already available for download for device owners in Germany and other regions. The system has build numbers F741BXXU2BYCJ and F956BXX2BYCK for the Galaxy Flip 6 and Galaxy Fold 6, respectively. It also includes the April 2025 security patch.
One UI 7.0 is a major update, so it may take some time to download and install. Users can check for the OTA by going to the Software Update section in Settings.
Among the innovations are a refreshed interface, separate pages for notifications, and the Quick Panel, which also received a new design with a volume rocker. Among other things, One UI 7.0 also features new app icons, a new camera app, widget styles, smoother animations and transitions, a battery icon, and more.
Another important element is the Now Bar, a new real-time notification system displayed on the lock screen. One UI 7.0 also includes new Galaxy AI features.
