Samsung is preparing to present new foldable smartphones, among which will be the Galaxy Flip 7. This device will receive several noticeable design updates and new renders of the Flip 7 that have appeared on the network confirm this information.
Android Headlines
The images shared by Android Headlines show the Galaxy Flip 7 from different angles and in two colors – Blue Shadow and Jet Black. The most noticeable change is the external screen, which now occupies the entire area of the panel with the main cameras, making the Flip 7 look similar to the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra. It remains an intrigue for now, whether Samsung will allow all applications to run on this screen, as is already implemented by Motorola, or whether it will remain limited to only a couple of applications that need to be enabled in the Samsung Labs settings.
You can also see that the smartphone has become thinner compared to its predecessor, which will make it more comfortable to use. At the same time, it is known that despite the thinner design, the Flip 7's battery capacity will be around 4000 mAh, like its predecessor.
According to the latest data, the new product will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor with a maximum frequency of up to 4.47 GHz. A configuration with 12 GB of RAM and storage options from 128 to 512 GB are expected. The main camera will most likely remain unchanged - 50 MP, as well as a 12 MP wide-angle one.
The official presentation of the Galaxy Flip 7, like other Samsung products, is expected at the Unpacked event on July 9th.
