Renders of the new Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 series smartwatches have appeared on the network, showing significant changes in design. The entire line has received a new case that combines square and round shapes. This brings the appearance of the new watches closer to the style of the premium Galaxy Watch Ultra.
The images published by Android Headlines show three models: Galaxy Watch 8, Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025.
The Galaxy Watch 8 is the most notable change compared to the previous model, the Galaxy Watch 7, which has a round body. According to the latest reports, the Watch 8 will retain its compact size and will be available in two sizes, similar to the Watch 7 (40 mm and 44 mm).
The Classic version, as you can see, retains the popular rotating bezel. In addition, the model is equipped with a quick button, which was first introduced in the previous generation Ultra. Renders of the new Classic model have already appeared before, but the previous design is slightly different from the new one.
The premium Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025 will have virtually no visual changes, but will get a new color scheme with a blue bezel and a blue strap. Samsung is expected to make blue the main color for its devices this year.
Samsung has not made any official announcements yet, but according to preliminary estimates, the Galaxy Watch 8 lineup will be unveiled in mid-July during the traditional Samsung Unpacked event, where the company's new line of foldable smartphones will also be presented. As for the start of sales of the new smartwatches, they should be expected 10-14 days after the announcement.
