Xbox now lets you stream games directly from your console
Microsoft has announced a new feature for Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One owners that allows them to stream games they already own directly from their console. However, this feature is only available to Game Pass Ultimate subscribers.
The main goal of the innovation is to save time and hard drive space, because now players can start playing immediately, without having to download large files.
The feature supports over 100 games at launch, including popular titles like Assassin's Creed Shadows, Baldur's Gate 3, and Hogwarts Legacy. To use it, players need to find games with the corresponding cloud icon in their library or the Xbox Store.
Microsoft has also added the ability to stream games from previous generations of Xbox and Xbox 360 via Remote Play, greatly expanding the library of available games.
