Spring Web Summit 2025: who will represent Ukraine at the largest tech conference in Vancouver
Seven Ukrainian startups will participate in one of the world's largest technology conferences, Web Summit, which will be held from May 27 to 30, 2025 in Vancouver.
As stated in the message of the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Ukraine, these Ukrainian startups create solutions in the areas of AI, business process automation, logistics, and fintech.

▪️ABLE Platform — a platform for automating credit operations — from application submission and servicing to debt collection and fraud protection;
▪️EVE.CALLS — voice assistant automates business telephone communications — from sales and customer service to debt collection and surveys;
▪️Funely AI is an AI agent that helps businesses attract customers by automating the entire marketing process — from website creation to results analytics;
▪️FluxHR — a recruiting platform that simplifies hiring thanks to automated video interviews and a candidate tracking system;
▪️VanOnGo — delivery automation service helps companies independently manage delivery, controlling couriers, routes, and orders;
▪️SOLU.la — a smart assistant for private entrepreneurs processes all customer messages and records in one mailbox;
▪️IONI — the service helps businesses monitor changes in legislation and quickly adapt documents to new requirements.
"The event will bring together 15+ thousand participants and will become a platform for innovators, entrepreneurs, investors, and technology leaders from all over the world to meet. Participation in the conference will open up the opportunity for startups to present their projects at individual stands, establish partnerships with potential investors, and find new opportunities for development. We congratulate the winners and wish them successful networking and breakthrough acquaintances," the ministry noted.

The Web Summit Vancouver 2025 IT conference was organized by an Irish company that holds events around the world: Web Summit in Lisbon (flagship event), Web Summit Rio in Brazil, Web Summit Doha in Qatar. "Since its beginnings as a150-person conference in Dublin in 2009, Web Summit's mission has been to create software that enables meaningful connections between the CEOs, founders, investors, media, politicians and cultural figureheads who are reshaping the world," the organizer's website says.
We will remind, in November 2024, Web Summit was held in Portugal, which brought Ukrainian startups over 2,000 new clients and potential partnerships with more than 80 companies from around the world. The preliminary amount of investments exceeds $1 million. The aggregate results of Ukrainian participation in similar events for 2023: over $7 million in investments and $11 million in sales.
