Google is testing automatic QR code generation in Quick Share
Google is continuing to improve the Quick Share feature on Android, improving the way you share information using QR codes. Previously, users had to manually generate QR codes to share information. However, thanks to a recent update spotted by Android Authority , Google is testing a change that will make QR codes automatically available on the Quick Share screen.
In the new version of the Quick Share interface, a QR code appears immediately with nearby devices ready to transfer data. This greatly simplifies the process of sharing information, especially in cases where other devices are not yet properly configured for connection. Now users do not need to press additional buttons to generate a QR code.
This update is not yet available to the general public, but it is already in testing. Quick Share is gradually becoming one of the most convenient tools for quick data sharing on Android, and the improvement with QR codes only enhances its effectiveness. This feature is expected to be officially implemented in the near future.
