Google has updated the Find My Device app, changing its name to Find Hub — the new branding announced during the Android Show at I/O 2025 has already appeared in the Play Store.

Find Hub is part of a new ecosystem that uses Android devices to create a tracking network. In addition to the classic tags from Chipolo and Pebblebee, it is joined by new partners: suitcases with built-in trackers from Mokobara, Bluetooth tags from Pixbee with Disney designs, and equipment trackers from Peak. Google also confirmed that support for precise positioning using ultra-wideband (UWB) technology for Moto Tag will be available by the end of May 2025.

By the end of 2025, Google also plans to add support for satellite communications, which will allow sharing geolocation even without a mobile network - for example, in emergency situations.

The updated Find Hub is available on Android devices running version 6.0 or later.
