Gboard gets one of the least convenient iPhone keyboard features

One of the least convenient features of the iPhone keyboard is that Apple hid the comma and period keys a few years ago. Now, the beta version of Gboard for Android has the same feature, writes Android Authority.

In the beta version of Gboard for Android, a new switch was found in the settings that allows you to hide the comma and period buttons, which will then only be accessible via the "?123" key.

This feature is optional and likely aimed at iPhone users, who may find it easier to get used to Gboard. Even so, making the keyboard less user-friendly isn't exactly a logical move. Let's hope Google doesn't decide to make this feature enabled by default.
