SammyGuru and insider OnLeaks have shared the first renders of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, a more affordable version of the flagship. The smartphone is expected to go on sale in late Q3 or early Q4 2025. The smartphone will feature a familiar flat design, thinner bezels, and a new front camera.
The Galaxy S25 FE will feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to have a peak brightness of 2,600 nits. The device will measure 161.4 × 76.6 × 7.4 mm, which is slightly thicker than the Galaxy S25 (7.2 mm) but noticeably thinner than the S24 FE (8 mm).
Among the main changes is a new 12MP front-facing camera, the same as the Galaxy S25. This is a noticeable improvement over the 10MP on the previous model. The main camera will likely remain largely unchanged from the previous model.
The main intrigue is the choice of chipset: the smartphone may receive the Exynos 2400 or Dimensity 9400 depending on the market. The model will also come with the One UI 8 shell and will have 7 years of updates.
Support for Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and IP67 protection are also expected.
The price of the new product is unknown, but it is possible that the cost will increase by about $50 compared to the S24 FE.
