Samsung has expanded the functionality of its mid-range smartphones by adding the ability to create super slow-mo videos thanks to artificial intelligence, reports Sammobile. Previously, this feature (Instant Slow-Mo) was only available on the company's flagship devices.
Owners of the Galaxy A36 and A56 models, and some Galaxy M series devices, can now also use the ability to add a slow-motion effect to regular videos, but through the Galaxy Enhance-X app.
Samsung Enhance-X is a mobile app that brings a host of AI-powered multimedia enhancement features to mid-range devices. This includes removing blur, removing reflections, and adding creative edits to media files already stored in the gallery.
The app has received an update that adds support for the Slow-Mo feature. It works similarly to the one already present in the brand's flagships. Users simply press and hold the screen while watching any video to play and save a segment in slow motion. You can create up to three such segments from a single video.
The update is now available in the Galaxy Enhance-X app version 15.2.17. You can download it via the Galaxy Store.
