Ukrainian-American Leonid Radvinsky and his company Fenix International Ltd, which owns the adult content subscription service OnlyFans, are in talks to sell the service. The platform's valuation could reach $8 billion.

As Reuters reports, citing several sources, the group of potential investors is led by the Los Angeles-based investment firm Forest Road Company.

According to the British news agency, negotiations have been ongoing since March 2025, and a deal could be reached in the coming weeks. However, sources say there are currently no guarantees of a successful conclusion to the deal.

It is reported that Fenix International Ltd may be negotiating with other potential buyers, and an initial public offering (IPO) is also being considered, including through a SPAC (special-purpose acquisition company).

The day before, the American publication The New York Post also reported that the company is exploring the possibility of selling OnlyFans. Leonid Radvinsky's company shows steady revenue growth and strong financial results: in the fiscal year ending in November 2023, Fenix International Ltd earned $6.6 billion, which is a significant increase compared to $375 million in 2020. As you know, the OnlyFans platform takes 20% of the income of authors of "adult" content.

In 2022, the owner of the British service OnlyFans, Leonid Radvinsky, received 267 million pounds or $338 million in dividends after the service's revenues exceeded $1 billion.

According to media reports, Radvinsky lives in the US (in Florida) and almost never gives interviews. His personal website describes him as "an experienced company architect, angel investor, philanthropist, and open source software advocate." The owner of OnlyFans was born in the Ukrainian city of Odesa.

OnlyFans was founded in 2016 by Tim Stokle and his father, former Barclays investment banker Guy Stokle. The service allows content creators, such as musicians and adult and porn stars, to sell videos, messages and articles to fans who pay between $5 and $50 a month. In 2018, at least 75% of Fenix International Ltd was acquired by Leonid Radvinsky, the owner of porn site MyFreeCams.

In 2022, adult entertainment industry veteran Radvinsky donated $5 million to aid Ukraine, as well as to a cancer charity, animal welfare organization, and skin disease research foundation.
