Diia has launched a service for replacing car registration certificates online

The Ministry of Digital Affairs has launched a new service in the Diia application - now Ukrainians can replace a vehicle registration certificate completely online. This will come in handy in case of loss of the document, damage, change of license plates, or transition to a digital format.

To use the service, you need to go to the Services → Drivers → Replacement of technical passport section in the Diia application, sign the application and choose a convenient method of delivering the new document - to a branch or by Ukrposhta courier.

The service is available to car owners who meet the following conditions:

• age from 18 years;
• availability of a tax number (RNOKPP) in Diia;
• availability of a biometric document (ID card or ID card) in Diia;
• registered ownership of the car.

The service works without a visit to the Ministry of Internal Affairs service center.
