Demo of Ukrainian game The Demons Told Me to Make This Game has appeared on Steam
A demo version of the narrative game The Demons Told Me to Make This Game from the Kyiv studio Haunted Dude has been released on Steam.
As a reminder, this is a narrative visual novel, the authors of which were inspired by the text role-playing game Disco Elysium and the horror adventure Slay the Princess. You play as a spirit who can control the consciousness of its carriers, as well as travel in time, using the knowledge gained and new carriers to change the past, save lives and get a better result. The main task of the game is to stop the invasion of monsters from another dimension on a small American town.
In the demo version of The Demons Told Me to Make This Game, players have access to a full loop for a pair of main characters, plus the first loop for another pair. Unfortunately, the only language available in the demo is English, although the game should have Ukrainian localization at release.
There's actually not much time left until the release of The Demons Told Me to Make This Game, the game is scheduled to be released in July 2025, which is a few months away.
As usual, we encourage you to add Ukrainian games to your Wishlist, it helps promote them. We recommend trying the demo, it really looks interesting.
