The release date for Forza Horizon 5 on PlayStation 5 has been announced - April 29, 2025

A new trailer has appeared with the release date of Forza Horizon 5 on PlayStation 5 - April 29, 2025. Players who purchase the Premium Edition will be able to play the game on April 25.

To mark the game's release on Sony's console, it will receive a content update called Horizon Realms, which will add new gameplay achievements based on the game's dynamic world.

The PlayStation version will support cross-platform play with Xbox and PC. Playground Games also shared information about the different graphics modes available on the PlayStation 5. The standard PS5 will have a performance mode of 60 frames per second and a quality mode of 30 frames per second. PS5 Pro owners will be able to choose the same options, but with “increased fidelity” in performance mode and ray tracing.

Other Xbox console exclusives coming to PlayStation include Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, but the developers have yet to announce a release date. Sony's console has already released Sea of Thieves, Hi-Fi Rush, Pentiment, and Grounded.
