Creating posts on Reddit becomes easier
Reddit is rolling out updates that simplify the process of creating posts. The new features will help users better understand the rules of specific communities and avoid platform violations.
The first innovation is post review before publishing. Before users can share something, they will have the opportunity to check whether their content violates the Community Guidelines. This will avoid situations where users unknowingly post something that is prohibited.
Additionally, users will now immediately see subreddits' posting requirements, including restrictions on minimum karma or account age.
If a Reddit user has already made a post but it has been removed from a subreddit, Post Recovery will allow them to recover the content and repost it to another community. Reddit will also automatically suggest communities that might be a good fit for their posts, including niche subreddits where they can find answers to their questions.
The latest addition is the ability to view more detailed analytics on posts. Reddit users can now see how effective their posts are, including views, upvotes, shares, and more.
