Casio introduces new premium watch model Oceanus Manta for $2,700

- 25 May, 03:47 PM

Casio has announced (via NotebookCheck) a new model of the premium watch Oceanus Manta OCW-S6000PB-7A, which will go on sale in June 2025.

The new model retains the traditional design of the Manta series, but has received several important updates. The case and bracelet are made of titanium, which ensures lightness and strength. The main feature of the model is the sapphire glass bezel, which has 24 facets on top and 48 on the sides. Thanks to this cut, the watch effectively reflects light from different angles, creating a shimmering effect.

The dial is made in silver-blue tones with dark blue additional scales. The watch works on Tough Solar technology, which allows it to be charged both from the sun and from lighting lamps. It also supports Multi-Band 6 radio control and synchronization via Bluetooth using the Casio Watches app. This allows you to automatically adjust the time, set world time and find your phone.

The model is water resistant to 10 bar, and additional scales display the day, date and 24-hour tracking. Thanks to the platinum coating on the outer rim of the bezel, the watch changes the way it reflects light depending on the lighting conditions.

The Oceanus Manta OCW-S6000PB-7A model will be released in a limited edition of 600 units and is priced at 385,000 Japanese yen (about $2,700).
