Boox, a well-known manufacturer of E Ink e-books, has introduced updated models Go 7 and Go Color 7 with a diagonal of 7 inches and new features. The devices run on Android 13 and support a stylus.

The InkSense stylus will be sold separately for $45.99. It supports 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity, allowing for comfortable drawing and writing, and also has a dedicated button for quickly switching to erase mode.

The Boox Go 7 features a monochrome Carta 1300 display with a resolution of 300 ppi, while the Go Color 7 features a Kaleido 3 display with a resolution of 300 ppi in black and white and 150 ppi in color. Both models support backlighting, are waterproof, have built-in speakers, and Bluetooth.

The new products have 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of built-in storage, expandable via microSD. One of the main advantages is the presence of Android 13, which allows you to download applications from Google Play.

The Boox Go 7 is now available for pre-order at $249, and the device will go on sale on May 7. The Go Color 7 Gen II model will cost $279, but its release date is still unknown.
