ASUS has officially launched (via VideoCardz) the new ROG Astral RTX 5090 Dhahab Edition graphics card, which is one of the most expensive models on the market. This graphics card was introduced in Riyadh on February 5, 2025 and is now available for purchase.
This exclusive version is intended exclusively for the Middle East and will not be available in other regions. The price of the new product varies depending on the country: from $6,700 to $10,600.
The main feature of the Dhahab Edition model (Dhahab in Arabic means "gold") is its gold design, symbolizing the luxury and progress of the region. The graphics card contains 6.5 grams of 999 fine gold, which is equivalent to approximately $700 at current market prices. ASUS emphasizes that the design is made in a "sands to heavens" style, reflecting the culture and development of the Middle East.
In addition to its unique appearance, the graphics card is equipped with a cooling system with four fans, an evaporation chamber, a protective PCB coating, and an improved power system. This ensures high performance and efficient heat dissipation.

ASUS does not yet plan to release similar models for other markets, but there have already been rumors about the possible release of the RTX 5080 Dhahab Edition, which will also be intended for the Arab region, but may become a more affordable alternative.
