Apple plans to significantly expand its device lineup in 2027, including a foldable iPhone, an anniversary iPhone Pro model, and smart glasses, according to Mark Gurman in a new Power On report for Bloomberg.
The foldable iPhone will feature a 7.8-inch screen with an almost invisible crease thanks to an exclusive panel from Samsung Display. According to Gurman, this will allow Apple to stand out from the competition.
The new iPhone 19 Pro, to mark the 20th anniversary of the line, will feature a curved design without cutouts on the screen and will use Face ID under the display for the first time. The smartphone will be made with extensive use of glass.
In addition, Apple will introduce its first "smart" glasses with support for Apple Intelligence and built-in cameras for visual recognition functions - similar to the Ray-Ban Meta.
The company also plans to update the Apple Watch and AirPods with built-in cameras for Visual Intelligence.
