Apple Sued Again Over Delay in Apple Intelligence Updates for Siri

The legal claims boil down to accusations that the company deceived consumers through unfair advertising. The plaintiffs claim that the company intentionally created a false impression about the availability of Siri features in order to stimulate sales of new iPhone models. The plaintiffs also claim that they would never have upgraded to the iPhone 16 if they had known that the advertised features would appear with a long delay.
