Anker has updated its line of wireless sleep headphones — the new Soundcore Sleep A30 model is the first to feature active noise cancellation. The headphones block out up to 30 dB of external noise and will cost $229.
Like previous models, the A30 are available for pre-order via a Kickstarter campaign. Early adopters can purchase them at a discounted price of $139. The headphones will be available for purchase in August 2025.
The model is 7% more compact than last year's Sleep A20, which should provide comfortable sleep even for those who sleep on their side. The kit includes silicone and foam tips of different sizes, as well as three types of fixing ear "wings".
Due to the additional microphones, the autonomy has decreased: up to 9 hours when listening to saved sounds or 6.5 hours when listening from a smartphone. The case provides up to 45 hours of operation, depending on the mode of use.
The case also features Adaptive Snore Masking, which detects nearby snoring and transmits masking noise to the headphones. In addition, the Sleep A30 has sleep and sleep position tracking, an alarm clock, and the ability to find the headphone if it gets lost at night.
