As reported by the Videocardz website, citing insider @All_The_Watts, AMD plans to release a new series of mobile Radeon RX 9000M graphics cards, which are based on the RDNA4 architecture.
The lineup will include six models, including the flagship Radeon RX 9080M. This model will receive 64 compute units, which is equivalent to 4096 stream processors, as well as 16 GB of GDDR6 memory with a 256-bit bus.
Other models in the series include the Radeon RX 9070M XT, which will have 48 compute units and 12 GB of memory. Also expected are the Radeon RX 9070M and RX 9070S variants, which will receive 32 units (2048 cores) and 8 GB of memory, and the RX 9060M and RX 9060S models, which will have 1792 cores and also 8 GB of memory. The variants marked "S" will be energy-efficient, similar to NVIDIA Max-Q.
The official announcement of the series is expected to take place at the Computex 2025 exhibition. AMD has already confirmed a press conference where these new products will likely be presented along with the desktop model RX 9060 XT.
