Acer launches new Predator X series QD-OLED gaming monitors

Acer has introduced two new gaming monitors: the Predator X32 X2 and Predator X27U X1. They are part of the manufacturer's top-of-the-line Predator X series of OLED and MiniLED monitors, and add models with new QD-OLED panels from Samsung Display.

The Predator X32 X2 is equipped with a 31.5-inch 10-bit panel with a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels, while the younger model has a 27-inch panel and a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels.

In everything else, they are very similar to each other - both in appearance (only the legs differ) and in main characteristics. Yes, both models have a refresh rate of 240 Hz, a response time of 0.03 ms and support for AMD FreeSync Premium Pro adaptive frequency technology.

Both monitors have VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification, a maximum typical brightness of 250 nits and a peak HDR (3% white field) of 1000 nits, and a color coverage of 99% DCI-P3.

Acer Predator X27U X1

The Predator X27U X1 is already available in the US for $600, the Predator X32 X2 is expected in June and will cost $1000. In Europe, the younger model will appear in June (€700), the older one in August (€1200).
