In January, Roborock showed off the Saros Z70, a new robot vacuum cleaner with a robotic arm that can pick up small items scattered across the floor, at CES 2025. Now, the manufacturer has finally opened pre-orders for the new product.

Saros Z70 turned out to be one of the most expensive robot vacuum cleaners in the world. It can be ordered on the manufacturer's official website for $1899. Later the price will increase to $2499. The model is available in two colors: black and silver.

As a reminder, the Saros Z70 is equipped with a "first-of-its-kind, mass-produced, five-axis, complex robotic arm." The arm is called OmniGrip and can deploy, extend, and rotate horizontally and vertically to pick up objects and move them out of the way. The robot recognizes objects using a camera and LED lights, and then detects their weight using additional sensors.

The Saros Z70 can pick up socks, small towels, and napkins, but only up to 300 grams for now. Roborock plans to increase the list of items and weight in the future.

Among other things, the Saros Z70 has 22,000 Pa of power, a dual anti-tangle system for the roller brushes and dual rotating mops. The device comes with an AdaptLift chassis, which will allow it to climb high passages in rooms.
