The Ukrainian studio Icebound Labs (supposedly only three people) is developing its debut project UNDISCLOSED, a cooperative horror/shooter about FBI agents and paranormal phenomena in the United States in the 1950s. This was reported by Gamedev.DOU.
UNDISCLOSED is a cooperative horror game for 1-4 players in which you play the role of FBI agents investigating paranormal phenomena. Players have to deal with witnesses, conduct searches, break into homes, collect documents, uncover secrets, and prepare to face unexplained threats.
The game has a minimalistic interface that deepens immersion in the events. Each mission is a separate, unique story inspired by iconic paranormal stories, with unique threats and mechanics that force players to adapt their tactics and approach to solving problems.
Loot, building conditions, witnesses, and evidence are randomly generated, so no two cases will be the same even when playing through the game repeatedly. In addition, boss fights contain unpredictable elements that require players to be on the alert and adapt in real time.
UNDISCLOSED's mechanics are designed to encourage teamwork, with players taking on complementary roles to achieve common goals. The in-game voice system takes into account obstacles and distance, providing realistic communication during missions.
According to the developers, they are working on the game exclusively on their own, without funding, believe in their project, and want to create something truly special. You can support UNDISCLOSED by adding the game to your Steam Wishlist. The game's release date hasn't been announced yet, but we already know about the Ukrainian text localization.
