Microsoft is starting to provide users with the ability to exchange files between iPhones and Windows computers using the Phone Link and Link to Windows applications. This was reported by TechCrunch.
This feature is already available to Windows Insider program members.
To share a file on your iPhone, you need to go to the file, click the share icon, and then select "Link to Windows". Next, select the device with which you want to share the file.
To share a file from your PC to your iPhone, you need to select the file, right-click on it, and then select My Phone.
As a reminder, Microsoft launched Phone Link for iOS last year, allowing iPhone users to make and receive phone calls, send and receive messages via iMessage, access their contacts, and view notifications on their phone directly on a Windows computer.
