Insider shows high-quality images of Samsung Galaxy A36
Samsung will return to the design of previous years with the launch of the Galaxy A36. This became known thanks to the renders of the smartphone shared by insider OnLeaks.
The camera lenses will be grouped together in a vertical island. But the new smartphone will keep some design elements from the current A-series, such as the Key Island for the power and volume keys.
The screen size will be increased from 6.60 to 6.64 inches. The screen will have a selfie camera hole and a built-in fingerprint scanner – no major changes here.
The Galaxy A36 will be slightly narrower than the Galaxy A35, measuring 77.9 mm wide (vs. 78.0 mm), or 78.4 mm if you include the key island. The new model will be slightly taller – 162.6 mm (vs. 161.7 mm).
The upcoming model will also be thinner than its predecessor – 7.4 mm (compared to 8.2 mm in the A35). Together with the camera island, the thickness will be 9.6 mm.
As for the chipset, it is known that it will be a Qulacomm processor: Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 or Snapdragon 7s Gen 2. There are no other specifications of the new product yet.
As for the Galaxy A36 release, it is expected in the spring of 2025.
