YouTube has updated its Eraser tool for creators. Now they can easily remove any copyrighted music from their videos without affecting the video text or audio effects. This was reported by TechCrunch.
The company said it had been testing the new feature for some time. The tool uses an AI-based algorithm to detect and remove a song without affecting other audio streams.
However, YouTube still warns that sometimes the algorithm may not work correctly. In this case, the authors will still have to completely mute the sound in such segments to settle the copyright holder's claim.
