Acer has announced two updates to its Intel Core Ultra laptop lines (for more details, see our separate story): the slim and stylish Swift Go 14 and the gaming Predator Triton Neo 16.
According to the manufacturer, the Swift Go 14 (SFG14-72) is an ideal laptop for active users who often work on the go and need a versatile device to accomplish their tasks. The aluminum body weighs only 1.32 kg and is 14.9 mm thick.
The laptop is equipped with a 14-inch OLED panel with a resolution of up to 2.8K (2880×1800), 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, VESA Display HDR True Black 500 certification, and a 90Hz refresh rate. WUXGA (1920×1200) touchscreen configurations are also available.
The Swift Go 14 is based on the latest Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor with integrated Intel Arc graphics, can have up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X-6400 DRAM and up to 2 TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD. The battery, according to the manufacturer, should last up to 12.5 hours of battery life.
The laptop has two USB Type-C ports, HDMI 2.1 and a MicroSD card slot. The OceanGlass touch panel, which is made of recycled ocean plastic, is 44% larger than previous generations.
The Acer Swift Go 14 (SFG14-72) will go on sale in Ukraine in January 2024 at a price starting at UAH 43 999.
The second new product is the gaming Predator Triton Neo 16 (PTN16-51), which uses Intel Core Ultra H-series processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 discrete graphics for laptops.
Two 16-inch display options are available with resolutions up to 3.2K, 165Hz refresh rate and 16:10 aspect ratio. All displays are Calman-tested for color accuracy, have 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, and support NVIDIA Advanced Optimus and NVIDIA G-SYNC technology.
The Predator Triton Neo 16 has an advanced cooling system with a 5th generation AeroBlade 3D fan, liquid thermal paste on the processor, and Vector heat pipes that provide the necessary air circulation.
The laptop is equipped with a full range of ports, including HDMI, USB-C Thunderbolt4 and a Micro SD card reader, and the keyboard has 3-zone RGB backlighting.
The Predator Triton Neo 16 (PTN16-51) will go on sale in Ukraine in March 2024 at a price starting at UAH 67 999.
