New Path of Exile 2 gameplay trailer with The Mercenary class
Grinding Gear Games has demonstrated a new 12-minute gameplay trailer for the upcoming action/RPG Path of Exile 2.
This time, the trailer is dedicated to The Mercenary class, a character armed with a crossbow. But, judging by the trailer, it’s not a crossbow, but some kind of wild mix of a machine gun and a grenade launcher. Interestingly, in the new video, Path of Exile 2 is visually very close to Diablo IV, but the gameplay for the Mercenary looks somehow too slow.
As a reminder, Path of Exile 2 release is still a long way off. The game’s closed beta testing is scheduled to start only in June 2024, so most likely Path of Exile 2 will be available to the general public only in 2025.
