Meta has significantly updated WhatsApp Desktop for Windows, it’s faster and has improved calling features
Meta has announced an update for WhatsApp Desktop for Windows that will include a higher speed and improved calling features. The update promises faster app load times and smoother interface animations.
The WhatsApp update also includes new options to change the size and position of video channels, which will allow you to better see all the participants in the call. Additionally, WhatsApp Desktop will now support up to eight people in a video call, up from the previous limit of four.
While this feature is currently only available in the Windows desktop app, it is expected to roll out to other platforms soon. The WhatsApp Desktop update itself will roll out gradually over the coming weeks.
