Oppo Find X6 Pro received a 1-inch camera sensor

Oppo joins brands like Xiaomi and Vivo, presenting its own smartphone with 1-inch camera sensor. However, it is worth noting that all three camera modules can boast top-notch specifications.

The main sensor in the Find X6 Pro camera unit is a 1-inch 50 MP Sony IMX989 combined with a 23mm f/1.75 lens. The other two modules received a 50 MP Sony IMX890 1/1.56” sensor. The ultra-wide-angle camera has a 15mm f/2.2 lens (viewing angle of 110 degrees, minimum focal distance of 4 cm), and a telephoto lens – 65mm f/2.6 (provides 3x optical, 6x hybrid and 120x digital zoom) The smartphone also received several software chips from Hasselblad, including Hasselblad Natural Color profile, Hasselblad Pro Mode, XPAN mode, Hasselblad Portrait Mode and others.

As for other specifications, the Find X6 Pro is quite a flagship smartphone by 2023 standards. The 6.82″ OLED display has a resolution of 3168×1440 pixels, a refresh rate of 1-120 Hz and a peak brightness of up to 2500 nits. In the upper part of the screen there is a 32 MP front camera (21mm f/2.4). Inside the smartphone is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, 12 GB or 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

The battery capacity is 5000 mAh, 100 W wired and 50 W wireless charging is supported. The smartphone is available in versions with a glass back cover (black or green) and a version with a cover made of artificial leather. Declared moisture protection – IP68. Cost of Find X6 Pro: 12/256 GB – $872; 16/256 GB – $945; 16/512 GB – $1017. Whether the smartphone will be sold outside of China is not yet known.

Oppo also presented a simplified version of the Find X6 flagship. The device received a Dimensity 9200 chipset, a 6.74″ display (2772×1240 pixels, 40-120 Hz), three 50 MP camera modules (however, all three use the IMX890 sensor), a battery with a capacity of 4800 mAh (80 W wired charging) and IP64 moisture protection.

The Find X6 will be available for purchase starting at $654 for the 12/256GB version.
