Another Chinese electric car, another small city car with mediocre characteristics. But the Jiangnan U2 model can be very interesting for its low cost – only $8.5-14.5 thousand, depending on the configuration.
What can you get for such money? First, a full-fledged 5-door body with a total length of 3.84 meters and a wheelbase of 2.52 meters. That is, we have the traditional size of B-class, no less.
Secondly, one of three batteries can be installed inside – the largest offers a capacity of 43 kWh, which should provide a mileage of up to 406 km (although only according to the Chinese measurement cycle). There are also two options for engines – 75 or 109 “horses”. In any case, the drive will be front.
Among other interesting equipment items: two displays in the cabin, an automatic braking system, a glass roof and 16- or 17-inch wheels. What do you say – an interesting option for your money?
