There have been rumors regarding Apple’s plans to release a 15-inch version of the MacBook Air. More and more insiders are inclined to the fact that the release of the new product will take place as soon as this spring. Ross Young, analyst at DSCC, said panel production for MacBook Air 15″ launched this month. And we should see the laptop in early April.

There is not much information about the technical specifications of the device. Most likely, the design will not differ from the 13-inch version. Only the dimensions of the device will change, and the diagonal of the display will be 15.5 inches.

Ming-Chi Kuo previously also reported that Apple would drop the “MacBook Air” branding for this model, instead calling it simply “MacBook.” And unlike the 13-inch MacBook Air, the new product will be available with both the M2 and M2 Pro chips.

In addition, Bloomberg reports that Apple is developing a new 12-inch MacBook. However, this model will be introduced at the end of this year or at the beginning of 2024.
