Google search now has an Easter egg from The Last of Us series

Searching for The Last of Us on mobile and desktop today shows a funny nod to the movie, a red mushroom button at the bottom of the screen.

If you click on it, the Cordyceps fungus will appear on the screen. It’s animated with a slow swaying motion that makes it even creepier.

You can click three more times (on mobile, more on desktop version) so that the entire results page is filled with fungi.

If you click “x”, the screen will clear and you can continue the search.

The first season of The Last of Us will continue to develop the theme of the origin of Cordyceps.
