What’s up with Tesla? New cheap version of Tesla Model Y and normal steering wheel for Model S/X
The Tesla company is attracting attention again. It turned out that radical price cuts for various models is not the final yet. After all, there is currently information about the preparation of a new version of the Tesla Model Y electric SUV, which has reserves for additional cost reduction.
It is predicted to be the AWD version of the Tesla Model Y – it will be cheaper than the Tesla Model Y Long Range AWD by $2 thousand. The battery capacity for the new version of the Tesla Model Y is currently unknown, but it is known to use 4680 cells and a claimed range of 279 miles (449 km).
However, don’t even doubt that Tesla knows how to make extra money. For example, selling the steering wheel twice. Remember the story about the Tesla Model S and Tesla Model X electric car upgrades when they got a “yoke” steering wheel?
